Upcoming Evening Bootcamps for Resilient Farming Tas Participants!

Farm Business Bootcamp: Planning and Decision Making

Join Dan Armstrong and Meg Caffin for a focused evening workshops on farm business planning and decision making. Participants will work on completing their Plan on a Page, which is necessary for accessing the $2500 rebate under the King and Flinders Island Water Rebate scheme. 

Please note the workshop is open only to farms enrolled in the Resilient Farming Tas program.

Evening 1:

  • Dedicated time to work on your Plan on a Page in a supported setting

  • Opportunity to discuss your Plan on a Page with others in the group

  • Explore communication styles and teamwork

Dinner will be provided. Registration is required for catering purposes.

Dan is a farm business advisor with deep experience in farm business management, agricultural economics, and production systems. Dan previously ran his own consulting business specialising in farm business management for 11 years.  Dan has been providing farm business coaching on KI to businesses in RFT.

Meg Caffin

Meg is a farm business coach on King Island in the RFT program. Meg has a large breadth of experience commerce, strategic planning, and risk, and business management. Meg also runs her own beef operation in Gippsland providing her with a strong perspective on high-rainfall zone beef production.
